SUGAR DUNES: WARM-UP & PREPARATION

- Yoga, stretching, breakfast & warm-up
- Equipment testing & fine-tuning
- Self-rescue and pack-down practice
- Jet-ski rescue procedures
- Downwinder briefings:
- Short in-bay downwinders (repeatable)

Day 4
- Yoga, stretching & warm-up
- Breakfast & check-out
- First official downwind to Khuluf
- Off-roading transfer to Bar Al Hickman (BAH)
